Where to purchase this US Navy Sweater?

Does anyone know where I can purchase this US NAVY sweater. It's dark navy blue hoodie and has the emblem of the US Navy printed on the back. It's absolutely gorgeous and I have gone through every military store online and have not been able to find it. If anyone thinks they know which sweater it is, please attach a link. It really is a beautiful sweater that I want to buy for my friend who is in the Navy for her arrival. Thanks for any help whatsoever.
