Returning to the US under the Visa Waiver Program again, some worries.?

I recently visited the US for two weeks under the VWP in april. I now plan to visit again but for the full 90days on the 28th of July. However when I applied for the VWP this time I had to "Overwrite" my last one. Also having read about I wasn't EVER given an I-94 card on arrival or departure etc. So I guess I;m just worried that they will think I didn't ever depart from my previous visit (even though...I obviously did) and/or will get deported.
