What kind of name is "power stroke" for a truck?

this is just a guess, but maybe it is referring to the power stroke of the engine. on all 4 cycle engines, (like the one in that truck) the engine goes through four cycles, or strokes. the last stroke is called the power stroke, because that is the one that makes all the power.
