Overwritten file recovery! PLEASE HELP?!?

okay so i downloaded undeleter 360 to see if i can recover my deleted video file. however it says that file is overwritten!!! OMGOMG! is there any way i can recover this file?!! PLEASE?!! any solutions would be GREAT! give me step by step instructions please!!
