Did anyone ever find out how to get the 10th prestige emblem?

I was just wondering if anyone ever found out how to get the emblem legit.. I mean, all the hackers have it now, I do too. I got into a public challenge lobby which was kind of gay, but whatever. So has anyone ever gotten it legit? If so, how?
