Nba 2k11 help please?

you are about to overwrite a damaged User Profile "my user account" file. This process cannnot be undone. Continue? what should i do? its for nba 2k11 i accidentally turned off the xbox while it was saving something and it said dont turn off xbox, but i was in a hurry. i need someone that knows thanks.
