My Kirby's Air Ride data on my memory card is gone?

I havnt played the game in a few months, but when I put the memory card in, it asked to overwrite the data, so I said yes. Then when I continued on to play, my star vehicle things were locked and so were the colors i had unlocked. any help on what to do?
