If I overwrite my old file with the new one, will I lose anything?

I have beaten Birth by Sleep 100% with Terra on normal and Ven + Aqua on Proud. If I beat the game with Terra 100% and overwrite the file with the old one, will the Trinity Archives reset/will I lose anything?
