How do u tell a girl u like them?

I really like this girl (she has a boyfriend) and i thinks time I told her. I have a pretty good feeling she likes me back. I may not see her again and if I dont tell her I'll never know if she likes me or not. How do I tell her though so it is not awkward for her or me. And when is the appropriate time
