Help with installous on ipod!!?

Okay i have an ipod touch 4g on ios 4.3.3 i also have installous 4 4.4.2 and idk what happens that it says api error when searching for apps its happened to me twice its usually after i install a tweak from cydia this time it was cydelete after that it stopped working also i go to safari and on website i can usually watch videos i cant anymore it just says 500-interal server error pleasee help Cydia wont even let me install installous 4 anymore it says tryin to overwrite i dont know what?!
